Not every client fits into a neat little category. Sometimes, you have to rethink what you know, or learn to apply your knowledge in an entirely new environment. Some clients want to talk about topics like life and death or pocket change or wires that aren't there any more. Which means we have to be quick studies – able to understand our subjects inside and out.
